We're looking for a Sales Manager to lead our growing sales department. In this role, you'll design and implement clear sales processes and flows, recruit and train a high-performing team, and drive strategies that bring in new business. Importantly, our system handles about 1,500 incoming leads every day, and you'll be tasked with creating efficient flows and systems to convert these leads into sales. What You’ll Be Doing
- Empower Your Team:
- Recruit, hire, and train dynamic sales professionals.
- Develop engaging onboarding and continuous training programs that help your team thrive.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support, ensuring everyone has the chance to excel.
- Design Game-Changing Sales Processes:
- Create efficient, scalable sales workflows that streamline our lead-to-sale journey.
- Build systems to manage and convert around 1,500 daily leads into new business.
- Drive Strategic Sales Initiatives:
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies aligned with our big-picture goals.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to continuously optimize your approach and seize new opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced Leadership:
- At least 5 years in a sales leadership role with a proven track record in building and managing high-performing teams.
