**Position Overview**  

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Marketing to lead our end-to-end marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS marketing, having worked in a VC-backed company where they managed multiple aspects of marketing. This role is based in Houston, TX, and will play a pivotal role in driving our brand presence, customer acquisition, and growth strategies. You will oversee a diverse team, including lead generation experts, and manage everything from design to social media campaigns, website development, email marketing, and trade show execution.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across all channels (digital, social, email, content, website, and events) to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and lead generation.

- Lead and manage the marketing team, including designers, social media specialists, lead generation experts, and other marketing professionals.

- Oversee the design and execution of social media campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment.

- Manage website development and optimization to enhance user experience and lead conversion rates.

- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage prospects, and retain customers.

- Organize and participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote PriceEasy and drive business growth.

- Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and product offerings.

- Monitor marketing performance and provide regular reporting on KPIs and ROI to ensure the effectiveness of campaigns.

- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

**Qualifications:**

- 7 years of experience in a marketing leadership role within a SaaS company, preferably in a VC-backed startup or high-growth environment.

- Strong expertise in all facets of marketing, including digital marketing, brand management, demand generation, content marketing, and event management.

- Proven experience leading and scaling marketing teams.

- Ability to manage end-to-end marketing efforts, from design and messaging to execution and analysis.

- Solid understanding of marketing technologies (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, web analytics, social media platforms).

- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

- A data-driven approach to decision-making with a strong focus on metrics and results.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
