About The Role

PriceLabs is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Employer Branding Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who is passionate about storytelling, social media, and creating engaging content.

This is for individuals who reside in India.

Responsibilities

• Content to showcase culture, team experiences work environment via blogs or videos.
• Work with the social media team to distribute the content.
• Monitor Glassdoor and similar sites to build and sustain a presence.
• Work between Recruitment and the social media team to produce hiring-related stories.
• Encourage the team to share their stories/journeys and document them.
• Conduct CSAT surveys for candidates interviewed.
• Apply for relevant awards that elevate the PriceLabs brand as an employer.
• Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in employer branding.
• Review/research relevant places to pitch founders/team members for interviews to elevate the employer and team brand.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
