We are seeking a talented and experienced Lifecycle Analyst to join our dynamic demand generation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for segmenting a large B2B subscriber base, creating targeted cohorts, and nurturing these users through compelling email campaigns. This role is crucial in driving customer engagement, conversion, retention, and reactivation through strategic lifecycle marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities :
- Subscriber Segmentation : Analyze and segment the existing subscriber base to identify key cohorts based on behavior, demographics, and engagement levels.
- Cohort Creation : Develop and manage distinct customer cohorts to tailor marketing strategies that align with their specific needs and preferences.
- Email Campaign Development : Design, write, and execute compelling email marketing campaigns aimed at nurturing subscribers through the customer journey. Develop a deep understanding of our existing product offerings and new features.
- Lifecycle Strategy : Develop and implement lifecycle marketing strategies to enhance customer experience, drive conversions, increase retention rates, and reactivate churned customers.
- A / B Testing : Conduct A / B testing on email campaigns to optimize subject lines, tonality, content, layout, and send times for maximum engagement.
- Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyze the performance of lifecycle marketing initiatives using key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, goal conversion rates, bounce rates, and unsubscribe rates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product, product marketing, and content teams to ensure alignment on messaging and goals across all customer touchpoints.
- Market Research : Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in lifecycle marketing to continuously improve strategies.
- Customer Data Management : Utilize tools such as Google BigQuery, Hightouch, and Customer.io to manage subscriber data effectively and ensure data integrity for accurate segmentation and targeting.
