Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and drive lead generation for our B2B SaaS products.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-impact keywords, search trends, and opportunities for optimization.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and other on-page elements to improve search engine visibility and user experience.
- Collaborate with the content team to create and optimize engaging, SEO-friendly content that targets relevant keywords and appeals to our target audience.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and Google Analytics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct technical SEO audits, and identify and resolve website issues related to crawlability, indexability, site speed, and mobile responsiveness.
- Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm updates, and SEO best practices, and implement appropriate changes to maintain competitive advantage.
- Monitor and analyze competitor SEO strategies, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to outrank competitors.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement SEO best practices during website redesigns or updates, ensuring SEO considerations are prioritized.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize website architecture, internal linking, and overall website performance.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and digital marketing, sharing knowledge and providing guidance to team members when necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A relevant SEO certification is a plus.
- 5-6 years of proven experience working as an SEO Manager or in a similar role within a B2B SaaS company.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions and strategies.
- Experience with website analytics tools and a solid understanding of key website metrics.
- Technical expertise in website optimization, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website development processes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
