In-House Roofing Sales Manager

We're seeking a driven, results-oriented Construction Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing a high-performing sales team and building a robust sales pipeline.

Job Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, and train new insurance and retail sales representatives.
- Maintain responsibility for the performance of all sales activities within an assigned territory.
- Establish and strategically build a strong customer base.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a sales team to achieve specified sales goals.
- Set team goals and conduct quarterly performance reviews with all team members.
- Assist in collecting payments.
- Track sales reps' progress and report goals.
- Report weekly to the CEO and management team on sales production.
- Provide strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in conjunction with company goals.
- Lead by example, using established sales processes, and close a high percentage of generated leads.
- Quality Control - Assist with client communication and address concerns.
- Analyze the sales process to refine and improve its success, and work with upper management to establish a sales reporting framework.
- Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction with all customer interactions.
- Run appointments, inspections, and make follow-up calls.
- Assist with procuring sub-contractors.
- Handle client issues as they arise.
- Achieve weekly sales quota of new contracts.
Job Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 years of sales experience in the roofing industry and knowledge of construction and/or building materials.
- 4 years of team management experience.
- Highly personable, with the ability to quickly build relationships.
Compensation:
- Base pay: $85,000-$120,000 per year (dependent on experience).
