Water Well Technician Assistant

We are looking for a resourceful, competitive, and confident Assistant Well Pump Technician who is outgoing, enthusiastic, and patient with a methodical approach to solving water challenges. We need someone who is precise, expert, and thorough in their work.

We are building the #1 outdoor water company in Central Texas focused on water wells, pumps, irrigation, and filtration. Our goal is to provide the highest quality water possible to the region. We are building a company with more locations, higher trained technicians, and the best customer support.

As an Assistant Well Pump Technician, you'll play a crucial role in helping us achieve our vision by learning directly from experienced technicians, diagnosing complex water issues, and presenting customers with multiple solutions tailored to their needs. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure we deliver not just fixes, but comprehensive water quality improvements.

A day in the life:

• Work alongside experienced technicians to learn pump repair and filtration techniques
• Diagnose various water problems at customer locations
• Understand customer needs and wants through careful listening
• Prepare multiple estimate options for customers
• Install and service water equipment
• Document work performed and maintain customer records

Outcomes you'll be responsible for:

• Deliver multiple estimate levels per job to provide options for customers
• Close estimates and deliver excellent service
• Help maintain relationships with VIP customers
• Contribute to the overall quality of water solutions provided

Requirements:

• 25 years of age (Insurance Requirement)
• Valid Drivers License
• Available for rotating Saturdays
