Job Title : Communications Coordinator (Hybrid – Austin, TX)
Location : Austin, TX (Hybrid with occasional in-person meetings)
Schedule : Monday – Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM
Are you a communications expert with a passion for storytelling, change management, and technical writing? We’re looking for a Communications Coordinator to create and manage engaging content for internal communications, knowledge management, and IT initiatives. Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage internal communications (emails, newsletters, intranet content, project updates).
- Create compelling presentations for IT business meetings and internal stakeholders.Lead change management initiatives , including communication plans and timelines.
- Support knowledge management by developing and reviewing knowledge base articles (20% of work).
- Design end-user training materials for technology systems.Assist in developing technology policies, processes, and SOPs .Generate reports in response to internal requests.
