Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Dotnet Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Austin, TX. This is a full-stack development role with a focus on building, enhancing, and maintaining web-based software applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both front-end and back-end technologies, as well as a proven ability to solve technical challenges and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain web applications using .NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and other web technologies.
- Perform root cause analysis and provide solutions for software issues.
- Work within an Agile SDLC environment to deliver high-quality software on time.
- Collaborate with team members to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes.
- Present software application changes to customers for approval and feedback.
- Use tools like Azure DevOps and Jira to track progress and manage tasks.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in web application development.
- Strong experience with .NET/C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and stored procedures.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in an Agile team environment.
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project management tools.
- Experience with Blazor or similar web frameworks is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot software issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience porting codebases from Java to C# .NET Blazor.
- Knowledge of responsive web design and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
