Job Description : Enterprise Architect 3 (Salesforce Architect)
Primary Work Location : 701 W 49th Street, Austin, TX 78751.
Hybrid Position : Onsite on Mondays, remote Tuesday through Friday (tentative, subject to change).
Note : Need someone with State / Federal client experience and must be local to Austin, TX.
Position Overview
The Enterprise Architect 3 is responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions, providing expert guidance in designing complex systems, applications, and process solutions. The individual will lead in creating scope documents, risk profiles, and financial models while ensuring adherence to architectural standards. The Salesforce Architect role involves assessing systems, identifying weaknesses, designing solutions, and providing hands-on configuration and development as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver Salesforce implementations for large enterprise customers using Salesforce products.
- Develop organization strategy and data models for multiple Salesforce implementations.
- Design technical solutions for identity, access management, data / process integrations, and ensure solutions address large data volumes and privacy needs.
- Oversee all aspects of Salesforce programs, including data migrations, integrations, third-party applications, AppExchange products, and custom development.
- Expertise in writing Apex programming, Visual Force pages, Aura components, Lightning web components, and implementing solutions using configurations (e.g., Flows).
- Manage release processes, source control, and deployment technologies like CI / CD pipelines, Metadata API, and integration services.
- Lead cross-cloud Salesforce implementations integrated with other cloud and on-premises systems.
- Apply architectural principles of cloud-based platforms, including SaaS, PaaS, integration patterns, and multitiered infrastructures.
- Ensure that systems align with user experience and software design principles.
- Adhere to Salesforce's well-architected framework to ensure best practices.
- Participate in daily sprints, assist team members, monitor code changes, and offer solutions to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, network architects, security analysts, and other technical teams.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for technical services, offering presentations, advice, and guidance.
