Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in developing and analyzing grant programs.
- Review and evaluate competing and non-competing grant applications for compliance, policy adherence, and accuracy.
- Prepare, revise, and maintain budget spreadsheets in Excel to reflect current funding levels.
- Ensure grants are processed efficiently by meeting all deadlines and maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Communicate with stakeholders to address and resolve administrative or management issues.
- Draft correspondence and provide updates to staff on grant activities.
- Pull data from systems like QVR, analyze using pivot tables, and prepare reports.
- Calculate funding levels, unobligated balances, and restore funding for grants as necessary.
- Maintain and update databases related to grant activities.
- Identify and process grants ready for final approval.
- Develop procedures to streamline the grant review and approval process.
