Position Summary:
The Administrative Support Specialist will independently provide executive-level administrative and operational support to the Clinical Center's Office of Financial Resource Management. The role involves coordinating various administrative, procurement, and organizational tasks to support the office's mission and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and documentation (e.g., agendas, minutes, reports).
- Oversee expense reconciliation, project planning, and budget tracking.
- Provide administrative support for program workflows, including correspondence, reports, and data entry.
- Maintain calendars, databases, and shared documentation; ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Coordinate and process procurement requests, office supply orders, and property management.
