This role provides critical support to the Office of the Director, Office of Research Facilities. The contractor will independently manage administrative and operational tasks to ensure seamless workflow, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meetings and document minutes/summary reports.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and training modules.
- Support administrative processes, including procurement, budget preparation, and compliance monitoring.
- Manage quality assurance for cGMP documents and training workflows.
- Oversee administrative databases, property inventory, and travel documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and management on special projects.
- Evaluate and optimize operational efficiency through data analysis.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree (any field).
- Experience: Strong expertise in meeting coordination, project management, and policy development.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and cGMP Quality Management Systems.
