We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with expertise in software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, scope management, and software development life cycle (SDLC), along with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee software development projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Develop and maintain project management plans and schedules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor project scope, timelines, and budgets, while managing risks and change requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.
- Ensure compliance with project management standards and timely documentation of project artifacts.
- Support system integration, data migration, and data management efforts.
- Lead project teams, resolve conflicts, and provide guidance for successful project outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
✔ 5 years of experience managing IT software development projects.
✔ Strong expertise in project planning, documentation, and execution.
✔ Experience with SDLC, data migration, and system integration.
✔ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
✔ Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
