Job Overview: The Real Estate Help Desk providing 24/7 support for building-related environmental alarms, repairs, and maintenance requests. The specialist will monitor alarms, handle emergency calls, dispatch service orders, and ensure accurate processing of repair tickets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor critical network and environmental alarms
- Handle emergency facility calls, coordinate with law enforcement and fire departments
- Dispatch work orders and assign service personnel or contractors
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys for Facility Management
- Perform clerical duties including data entry, call management, and record keeping
Skills Required:
- Strong customer service and telephone skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask effectively
- Strong decision-making and organizational skills
- Proficiency with PCs, strong typing skills (minimum 60 wpm)
- Ability to work required shifts
Qualifications:
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 2-4 years of related experience
