- Full-Time: 30-40 hours per week

Minimum Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Equivalent Qualification: High School diploma with two (2) years of specialized experience, or an Associate’s degree with relevant experience.
- Experience:
- At least two (2) years of experience in a related field.
Required Skills and Expertise:
- Knowledge of federal grant procedures.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written).
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract and Grant Administration:
- Prepare, review, and submit contract and funding documentation.
- Manage the life cycle of contract grant applications, from receipt to funding, across three review cycles annually.
- Perform data management tasks, including roster creation and Internet Assisted Review (IAR) platform support.
- Meeting Support:
- Provide pre-meeting, in-meeting, and post-meeting assistance for hotel and teleconference meetings.
- Facilitate 3-4 hotel meetings and up to 10 teleconferences per year.
- Compliance and Guidance:
- Research, analyze, and interpret Federal acquisition regulations.
- Offer recommendations and guidance on complex contract administration issues.
- Training and Development:
- Develop and implement training programs for acquisition staff on contract management processes, regulations, and technologies.
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain a robust tracking system for contract actions and documentation.
- Respond to inquiries and provide expert assistance on contracts.
