Job Title: Software Developer 3 – Salesforce

About the Role:
As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions, investigating problem areas, and ensuring system specifications and programming standards are met. You will work closely with UX designers, business analysts, and developers to enhance system functionality, integrate third-party applications, and support applications across multiple environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop software solutions by analyzing user requirements and designing system workflows
- Program applications in Salesforce, including Apex programming, Visualforce pages, Apex triggers, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components
- Implement and maintain solutions using low-code configurations such as Flows, Process Builders, and Workflow Rules
- Ensure secure, high-performance technical solutions using best practices in Salesforce architecture
- Manage full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including version control, change management, and code standardsPerform data migrations, system integrations, and classic-to-lightning upgrades
- Implement authentication protocols (OAuth) to integrate third-party applications
- Work with REST & SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, HTML5, JavaScript, and jQueryTroubleshoot, test, and debug applications, ensuring seamless system functionality
- Participate in Agile (Scrum) development activities, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups
- Provide on-call support as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and LWC8 years working with SDLC processes, coding standards, and version management
- 8 years of experience with Salesforce architecture, including data migrations, system integrations, and custom development
- 8 years of experience in authentication protocols (OAuth), REST & SOAP APIs, and front-end technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery)
- 8 years of experience integrating Salesforce with cloud-based and on-premises applications
- Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience with DevOps tools (Flosum, Git) and CI/CD pipelines1 year of experience creating custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce1 year of experience in Agile methodologies
Job Details:
Start Date: March 10, 2025
End Date: May 17, 2025
Estimated Hours: Up to 865 hours
Location: Hybrid – Austin, TX (Locals Only)
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional weekend/evening work as needed)
On-Site Requirement: Thursdays (tentative, subject to change)
Remote Days: Monday – Wednesday, Friday (tentative, subject to change)
