We are seeking a dedicated Immigration and Support Services Specialist to join our team. This role involves working with a high-level organization to support immigration processing, compliance, and administrative activities.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills and experience with immigration services support.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process foreign worker employment authorizations and track status
- Review, edit, and prepare petitions for submission to USCIS
- Verify educational credentials and documents; manage deficient packages in coordination with staff
- Provide "Enter-on-Duty" and "Walk-in" services; welcome and onboard temporary workers
- Maintain office files and perform data entry for scientists' information
- Coordinate outreach activities and training materials for temporary workers
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree required; High School diploma or equivalent also considered
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Strong organizational and time management skills
