Job Title: Contracts Administrator
Location: DFW Airport, TX 75261
Working Hours: 30 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Administrator to manage, administer, and coordinate contracts while ensuring compliance with procurement laws and policies. This role serves as the primary liaison between the Procurement & Materials Management department and assigned business units, providing technical guidance and contract-related support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and coordinate contracts, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and laws.
- Provide technical guidance, contract interpretation, and solutions for solicitation and contractual challenges.
- Manage contract funding, replacements, renewals, and closeouts.
- Lead Procurement 101 training and provide regulatory training to staff and contractors.
- Oversee solicitation processes, bid evaluations, negotiations, and contract execution.
- Analyze and resolve procurement challenges while supporting strategic initiatives.
- Mentor and coach team members and lead cross-functional projects.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in contract administration (construction, goods, services, or professional contracts).
- Proficiency in contract negotiations and modifications.
Key Skills:
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
