Job Title: Instructor Trainer
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Instructor Trainer 3 to help end users understand Microsoft applications and launch multimedia training offerings to accommodate different learning styles. This role will contribute to increased user proficiency and overall satisfaction with critical technologies, ensuring key performance indicators align with strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor technology trends and assess training program effectiveness.
- Plan and lead both in-person and virtual training events.
- Host virtual meetings, manage screen sharing, and monitor chat discussions.
- Handle training logistics, including scheduling, enrollment, and materials distribution.
- Create technical and end-user documentation, including runbooks, newsletters, and governance documents.
- Utilize video editing tools such as Adobe Captivate to produce professional training videos.
- Provide administrative or power-user support for M-365 products, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and the Power Platform.
Required Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience monitoring technology trends and assessing training program effectiveness.
- 8 years of experience planning and leading in-person and virtual training events.
- 8 years of experience in technical and end-user writing with tight deadlines.
- 8 years of experience creating and editing training videos using Adobe Captivate or similar tools.
- 8 years of administrative or power-user experience with M-365 products (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform).
Additional Information:
- Hybrid Work Model: Primarily remote with periodic in-person meetings.
- Work Location: Mueller Headquarters, Austin, TX.
