As an Application Developer, you'll play a crucial role in transforming business processes through Microsoft's Power Apps and the broader Power Platform. You’ll have the opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation by creating scalable, user-friendly applications that streamline workflows and enhance business efficiency. Collaborating with a diverse team, you’ll convert complex business requirements into powerful, low-code/no-code solutions, enabling real-time impact across the organization. Your focus will be on creating seamless integrations, improving user experience, and delivering solutions that elevate how our teams operate daily.

You'll also have the chance to:

• Lead Low-Code Development: As a Power Apps Developer, you will leverage your expertise in low-code development to rapidly prototype, develop, and deploy user-friendly applications that meet immediate business needs.
• Create Custom Solutions: Build tailored applications to automate workflows and integrate with other business systems, reducing manual effort and increasing productivity across teams.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with key stakeholders and the Automation Architect to ensure that business needs are met with scalable, reliable, and optimized applications.
• Innovate and Optimize: Continuously refine and enhance Power Apps solutions to align with evolving business demands and to deliver better experiences for users.
• Drive Change: As a part of the automation team, you’ll be integral in implementing cutting-edge solutions that reduce operational costs, improve accuracy, and enable the business to react more swiftly to challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Platform, and other low-code/no-code tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, ensuring that Power Apps solutions meet business needs.
• Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications to ensure seamless data flow and automation.
• Create clear documentation and provide training to ensure that end-users adopt and utilize the solutions effectively.
• Continuously seek improvements in performance, scalability, and reliability of the applications developed.

Bring your passion and expertise (Who you are)

Minimum Required Education and/or Formal Training:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Certifications in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Platform, or relevant low-code/no-code platforms are highly preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Years of Experience:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in automation or application development with a focus on Microsoft Power Apps and the Power Platform.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at all levels.

Skills and Specific Knowledge:

• Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Platform, and related automation tools.
• Proven experience developing low-code/no-code applications.
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and creating intuitive applications.
• Proficiency in integrating Power Apps with other systems and databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment methodologies.
