What You'll Be Doing:
- Work alongside seasoned Community Managers to gain hands-on experience in managing a portfolio of Homeowners Associations (HOAs).
- Conduct community tours multiple days per week to ensure properties are well-maintained.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HOA board members, homeowners, and vendors.
- Provide outstanding customer service with a strong emphasis on responsiveness and follow-up.
- Work with team leaders and mentors to master industry best practices.
- Develop a network of client referrals and vendor partnerships, earning commissions for referrals that close.
- Handle challenging situations with confidence and professionalism, including dealing with hostile callers and ensuring smooth community meetings.
- Command authority in community meetings, keeping discussions on track and ensuring Board members follow proper procedures. Speak up when necessary to guide Boards in making informed, compliant decisions.
- Learn and absorb new skills quickly while staying organized in a fast-paced environment.
