What You’ll Do:
As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our HR department, focusing on talent acquisition and operational support. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to recruit outstanding candidates for Event Associates, Security Guards, and other key positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, conduct application reviews, screenings, and interviews, ensuring a perfect cultural fit.
- Onboarding & Retention:
- Coordinate engaging orientation programs and onboarding processes to ensure new hires feel welcomed and integrated.
- Track and report essential recruitment metrics, helping to shape strategies for retaining top talent.
- Operational & Administrative Support:
- Manage daily HR administrative tasks, including processing mail, conducting reference checks, and creating employee badges.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, representing the Pride Group brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
