Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Provide high-quality patient care as a registered respiratory therapist
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- 2 years of experience as a registered respiratory therapist
- 1 year of pediatric experience
- Licenses/Certifications: IL RT license, RRT, NRP, BLS (AHA), and PALS certifications
