Title: Ultrasound / Sono Tech - Echocardiogram
Location: Flushing, NY, 11355
Shift: (Mon – Fri) 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, 8 hours x 5 days (40 hours/week)
Duration: 13-Weeks Contract
Pay Range: $55 to $59 per hour
Job Description:
- Perform high-quality echocardiograms, focusing on pediatric patients.
- Operate and maintain echocardiogram equipment, ensuring all equipment is in optimal working condition.
- Assist with identifying any problems with equipment and either resolve or report them to the appropriate personnel.
- Work with the clinical team to recognize any issues or abnormalities in patients and escalate concerns to medical or nursing staff as needed.
- Document results and communicate effectively with the team.
Required Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Completion of an approved Echocardiogram Training Program (Required).
- Pediatric experience Required.
- Certification in Echocardiography (CCI or ARMS Echo) (Required).
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
