Pride Health is hiring a Cardiovascular Specialist - Cath lab to support our client’s medical facility based in New York, NY. This local opportunity is a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for invasive cardiac procedures, assist the healthcare team in hemodynamic monitoring, and maintain equipment and supplies during procedures while ensuring sterile techniques.
- Monitor equipment to ensure proper functioning during procedures, alert the care team of any changes, and troubleshoot problems by contacting the appropriate personnel for repairs.
- Retrieve supplies as directed by physicians and nurses during procedures, maintain stock at par level in the procedure room, and restock lab areas as needed.
- Assist in the transport of patients and transfer them to the procedure table, ensuring safe and efficient patient handling.
- Apply aseptic principles and practices, perform surgical scrubbing, gowning, and gloving procedures, and assist in draping the patient and procedure area according to the needs of the procedure.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of Mount Sinai experience in Cardiac Cath or EP lab.
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. Foreign MD who has passed MBBS examination may substitute

Schedule: 5x7 – Days – 11:00 PM-7:00 AM
Pay Range: $60/ hour to 63/ hour
*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
