Pride Health is hiring for a Genetic Counselor to support our client’s facility in Greensboro, NC. This is a 13-week contract, offering an exciting opportunity in cancer genetics!
Job Summary:
The Genetic Counselor will provide expert cancer genetic counseling and coordinate patient care through genetic testing, virtual sessions, and multidisciplinary clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide genetic counseling for cancer patients.
- Coordinate genetic testing and analyze results using large genetic panels.
- Facilitate both in-person and virtual sessions.
- Collaborate in multidisciplinary clinics.
Qualifications:
- Certification: Certified Genetic Counselor (CGC).
- Licensure: NC Genetic Counseling license.
- Experience: 2-3 years of recent cancer genetics experience.
- Preferred: Experience with EPIC and virtual/telehealth sessions.
Additional Information:
- Location: Greensboro, NC 27403
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (variable shifts).
- Hybrid Position: Option to work from home 1-2 days/week.
- Pay Range: $60-$65/hour
*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
