Pride Health is hiring a Certified Medical Assistant to support our client’s medical facility in Parrish FL. This is a 12-week contract with the possibility of an extension, and it's a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization.
Essential Responsibilities:
- MA duties.
- Rooming patients for providers.
- Calling patients with results/lab / diagnostic testing.
- POC testing.
- Ear lavage/BP Checks, BG checks.
Must have skills/qualifications/experience:
- Knowledge of medical terminology along with good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergencies.
- 2 Years working as a medical assistant.
- Active CMA/RMA/CCMA certification.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
- High school diploma.

Hourly Pay: - $21 - $23/hour
