Pride Health is hiring a Clinical Laboratory Technologist to support our client’s facility in New York, NY. This is a 14-week contract (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Clinical Laboratory Technologist to join our team. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong laboratory skills to perform a variety of clinical laboratory tests. The technologist will work in an acute care setting, ensuring the accuracy and quality of laboratory results used for patient diagnosis and treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct tests in various areas, including Chemistry, Clinical Laboratory, and Phlebotomy as needed.
- Analyze laboratory results and interpret findings, ensuring accurate data for patient diagnosis and treatment.
- Collect and prepare specimens for analysis, maintaining strict adherence to safety and health protocols.
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment, ensuring they are calibrated and functioning correctly.
- Maintain accurate records of laboratory results, test procedures, and quality control checks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of Clinical Laboratory Technologist experience
- Valid Clinical Laboratory Technologist license issued by the New York State Education Department (NYSED).
- Active BLS/BCLS Certification.

- Location: New York, NY
- Job Type: 14-week contract
- Shifts: 5x8-hour shifts (04PM-12AM)
- Pay Range: $2000-$2400 Weekly
*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
