Overview: A leading 326-bed acute care hospital and Level 3 Trauma Center in Laredo, Texas is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist Coordinator. This role supports the pharmacy department through advanced clinical pharmacy services and reports directly to the Director of Pharmacy.
Compensation & Incentives:
- Salary Range: $120,640 – $191,422.40 (commensurate with experience)
- Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
- Relocation Assistance: Available for qualified candidates
Required Qualifications:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years clinical hospital pharmacy experience
- Active Texas Pharmacist license
- ACPE IV Certification
- ACLS and BLS (American Heart Association)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Completion of PGY-1 residency with 3 additional years of clinical experience OR PGY-2 residency in an acute care setting
- Antimicrobial Stewardship Certification
- Specialty training in Disease State Management
