About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated travel nurse RN to join our team at PRIDE Health. As a dialysis specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
- Conduct ongoing assessments to identify potential risks and develop strategies for mitigation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Diploma or associate's degree in nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution
- Current RN licensure in the state of Illinois
- At least 12 months of experience in dialysis nursing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic life support (BLS) certification
