About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to join our team as a travel clinician. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and compassionate individual to work in hospitals, clinics, or other healthcare facilities, providing medical nutrition therapy to patients with various health conditions.
Key Responsibilities:Provide medical nutrition therapy to patients with diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease, and gastrointestinal disorders. Work closely with healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized nutrition plans. Conduct patient assessments and create tailored treatment plans. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements:
- Current registration as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Strong knowledge of medical nutrition therapy principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
