This role involves the preparation of financial reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, managing internal controls, and coordinating audits. Additionally, the Financial Controller will develop strategies to improve financial performance, oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, and provide valuable financial insights to support business decisions. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Monitor and manage internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Lead and coordinate audits to ensure financial accuracy and transparency.
- Develop strategies and processes to improve the company’s financial performance.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to align with company goals.
