Job Title: Hardware Analyst – Information Technology
Location: New York, NY 10065
Duration: 3-Month Assignment with Possible Extension
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with weekends as needed
Pay Range: $22 to $24/Hour.
Job Description
- FIT test required before starting
- Provide technical support to over 1,000 users across multiple NYP campuses
- Troubleshoot and support Windows 10, Windows 11, VDI, tablets, phones, and printers
- Assist users with both hardware and software issues in a professional manner
- Work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Must have SCR clearance prior to employment
- Primary site: WBH, but may be required to float to other NYP campuses
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum of two years of IT support experience
- Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting for Windows devices and peripherals
Education:
- Associate degree strongly encouraged
