Pay Range - $55 - $60 an hour
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced ERP Instructional Designer to join our team. This position requires strong instructional design, ERP system knowledge, and the ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver ERP system training materials, including documentation, presentations, and training guides.
- Work closely with subject matter experts to analyze business processes and create training solutions that address identified needs.
- Provide on-site support for training delivery and implementation of the ERP system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and evaluate workflows, ensuring that the system is used efficiently.
- Conduct professional development sessions, utilizing effective public speaking skills to engage and inspire participants.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust content or delivery methods based on feedback and performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of related experience (OR Associate’s Degree 8 years of relevant experience).
- Proven success in academic or professional environments, with a focus on instructional design or system training.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, research, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in using computer applications for creating and evaluating workflows, testing, and documentation.
- Ability to write clear and concise training materials that facilitate learning.
- Public Speaking Experience with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Valid licensure required for clinical education and training (if applicable).
- Strong experience in providing professional services in a scientific or educational field.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in adult education, curriculum design, content development, and training delivery.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, specifically Infor Lawson, Salesforce CRM workflows, or similar platforms.
- Prior experience supporting or training in an EHR, ERP, or other IT system.
