Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)
Shifts: 36-hour rotating shifts
Location: North Dakota
Pay: $2700/week to $2850/week
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care in alignment with organizational policies and protocols.
- Conduct assessments and develop care plans addressing physical, psychological, social, and rehabilitative needs.
- Monitor patient conditions, identify early warning signs, and respond promptly, including implementing emergency measures if necessary.
- Facilitate interdisciplinary coordination, provide patient education, and initiate discharge planning.
- Document patient care accurately and promptly, including incident reporting.
- Delegate tasks appropriately and ensure interventions are safely performed.
- Support patient safety, quality care, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
Education and Certification/License Requirements:
- Valid RN license (North Dakota or Compact State)
- Certifications:
- BLS (required) & ACLS(Preferred)
- Essentials of Critical Care Orientation (ECCO) preferred.
Contract Details:
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Salary : $65 - $72
