Pride Health is hiring for a Laboratory Manager (HLA) to support our client’s medical facility based in Charlotte, NC. This is a full-time, Permanent opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!
Job Details:
- Responsible for the overall management of the Clinical Laboratory, including planning, budgeting, supervision, and evaluation of all department programs and services.
- Ensures that section objectives are accomplished effectively, efficiently, and economically.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree required.
- Certifications: MT(ASCP), MLS(ASCP), HTL(ASCP), or CT(ASCP) required where technical or clinical testing is performed.
- Skills: At least five years of prior supervisory or managerial experience in a laboratory setting preferred. Must have HLA experience

- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
- Pay Range: $89,947-$106,183.50 (Must have 15-20 years of relevant experience to be considered for max salary)
