Pride Health is seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. This is a contract position, ideal for a dedicated professional with experience in clinical social work. The role involves providing comprehensive assessment, intervention, and counseling to patients, while adhering to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including initial and ongoing evaluations to address psychological and social needs.
- Care Planning: Develop individualized care plans, identify patient issues, and implement therapeutic interventions.
- Therapeutic Intervention: Provide direct counseling and mental health support, utilizing evidence-based techniques.
