Position Details

- Shift: 12-hour shifts (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM).
- FTE: 36 hours per week (Guaranteed).
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a long-term care setting.
- Administer medications and treatments according to nursing standards of practice.
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team to update and implement individualized care plans.
- Accurately document all care provided in line with facility policies and state regulations.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Active LPN license in the state of North Dakota.
- Minimum of 3 months of long-term care (LTC) experience as an LPN.
- Current BLS certification.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hiring Wage: Starting at $24.00/hour (depends on experience).
- Sign-On Bonus: Available for eligible candidates.
