Pride Health is seeking an experienced LPN for a 16-week contract assignment at a long-term care facility in Middlebury, VT. This is a great opportunity to provide compassionate care in a skilled nursing environment while working alongside a dedicated clinical team.
Position Details:
- Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Location: Spokane, WA 99212
- Start Date: 04/28/2025
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Nights (7PM - 7:30AM) | 12X3s
- Travel pay: $50 - $52/hour
- Local pay: $40 - $41/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in the long-term care unit, ensuring comfort and safety.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, maintaining accurate documentation in EPIC.
- Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and support residents with dementia and other chronic conditions.
- Float to other units as needed and work every other weekend.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support individualized care plans.
Education:
- High School Diploma / GED
Experience:
- 2 years LPN Experience
- Charting system: EPIC
Certifications & Licenses:
- LPN license
- BLS (AHA)
*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
