Pride Health is hiring a Medical Biller to support our client’s medical facility based in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. This contract opportunity is a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for timely and accurate posting of patient and third-party payments.
- Interprets, analyzes, and processes daily cash and remittance advices received within 24 working hours.
- Determines appropriate contractual allowances, discounts, transaction codes, patient account transfers, and necessary approvals.
- Maintains daily batch controls to ensure all cash received or adjustments processed are recorded accurately.
- Reviews and resolves credit balance accounts, refunds, bankruptcy notices, and cash suspense cases within designated timeframes.
Qualifications:
- Two years of business office experience in billing, customer service, or collections in a healthcare environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent

Pay Range: $26/hour
*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
