Pride Health is hiring a Med Tech - Team Lead (Hematology) for a direct-hire role in Rome, GA 30165.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform laboratory analyses to support patient diagnosis and treatment.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (CAP, TJC, OSHA).
  • Supervise and coordinate lab operations, inventory, and quality assurance.
  • Communicate effectively with leadership and team members regarding lab operations.

Qualifications :

  • ASCP certification (or equivalent).
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience (or a combination of education and experience).
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
