We're looking for Medical Laboratory Scientist - Blood Bank for our client with a leading hospital in Morristown, NJ.

Position: Medical Laboratory Scientist - Blood Bank
Location: Morristown, NJ
Duration: 3 months contract with extension possibilities.
Shift: 11PM-730AM
Pay - $46/hr
Job Duties:
1. Perform lab testing in the Core Lab, and report results according to SOP.
2. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory analyzers and equipment.
3. Perform quality control tasks and maintain laboratory documentation according to SOP.
4. Maintain and manage laboratory supplies.
5. Provide laboratory information to others on the patient care team.
Qualifications:
BS degree is Medical Laboratory Science / Medical Technology.
Experience:
Previous laboratory experience preferred, but not necessary; new graduates welcome.
Must have Blood Bank experience.
Required Certifications & Licensure:
-ASCP or equivalent Medical Laboratory Scientist certification.
