Job Description
We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist to join our team as a Mobile Imaging Specialist. This role will involve performing imaging procedures using computed tomography scanners for a 13-week period.
Responsibilities
- Perform computed tomography scans to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
- Prepare patients for scans, ensuring they are positioned correctly and comfortable throughout the procedure.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to quality control standards to minimize radiation exposure and optimize image quality.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines to protect sensitive information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
- Current ARRT certification in Computed Tomography.
- At least 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
