Nurse Practitioner

Pride Health is hiring for a Nurse Practitioner to support our client’s medical facility based in Newport Beach, CA. This role involves providing comprehensive patient care, including assessments, treatments, and follow-ups, particularly within a multidisciplinary care team. Experience in neurology or surgical settings is a strong advantage.

Job Title: Advanced Practice Clinician- Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Location: Newport Beach, CA 92663

Contract: 6 Months (Possibility of Extension)

Schedule: Mon 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Wed 9:00 AM - 1:30 PM, Thurs 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document care.
• Request physician consultations as needed.
• Provide high-quality care while adhering to regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with medical staff for comprehensive patient management.
• Handle procedures such as drain and suture removals, and order/administer medications.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s in nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP).
• Licensure: Current CA RN and NP license, valid DEA number, BLS certification.
• Experience: Neurology or surgical experience preferred.
• Certifications: National board certification in specialty preferred.

Additional Details:

• Experienced Physician Assistants (PAs) with relevant experience are also considered.

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
