Job Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in the Emergency Department, adhering to policies, procedures, and scope of practice.
- Assess patients, identify problems, and plan and implement emergency care based on priorities.
- Administer medications, IV solutions, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document patient conditions and vital signs, reporting any abnormalities promptly.
- Prepare equipment and assist physicians during exams and treatments.
- Ensure continuity and quality of care by completing and reviewing patient records.
- Respond promptly and effectively to all emergency situations per hospital protocols.
- Support education and training initiatives for team members on new techniques and policy updates.
