Perfusionist

Join Pride Health as a Travel Perfusionist at Lawrenceville, GA! This is a 13-week contract offering a great opportunity for experienced Perfusionists to excel in a dynamic environment.

Shift Details:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, varies
• Hours per Week: 40 hours
• Shift Type: 8-hour days

Start Date: 01/20/2025

End Date: 04/19/2025

Pay Highlights: $5100 - $5600/week

Key Responsibilities:

The Staff Perfusionist will:

• Operate extracorporeal equipment, including cardiopulmonary bypass, autotransfusion, intra-aortic balloon pump counter-pulsation, and ventricular assist devices.
• Provide care and support activities for patients of all ages.
• Ensure clinical competency in all phases of perfusion services with sound judgment and leadership qualities.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of perfusion technology.
• Licensure: Current Perfusionist license in the state of Georgia.
• Certifications:
• American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP) Certification
• BCLS (Required)
• Experience:
• Required: Minimum 2 years of experience in perfusion services.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Science and 3 years of recent clinical perfusion experience.
• Skills: Knowledge of all phases of perfusion services and the ability to differentiate colors and shades.

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
