Pharmacist

Pride Health is hiring for a Pharmacist to support our client’s medical facility based in Delta, CO. This is a 13-weeks assignment opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for dispensing medications.
• Providing advice on proper usage and ensuring patient safety.
• Responsibilities include reviewing prescriptions, managing medication therapy, counseling patients, and collaborating with healthcare teams.

Education/Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree required.
• Colorado licensure as a Registered Pharmacists.
• Hospital pharmacy residency or experience in Unit Dose, IV Admixture, TPN, and pharmacokinetics is preferred.
• Previous experience in Hospital Pharmacy preferred.

Job Title: Pharmacist
Location: Delta, CO
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 am-5:30 pm. Rotating weekends 7:00 am-3:30 pm. Every 4 to 5 weeks. 

Pay Range: $2600 to $3100/weekly (*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.)
