Phlebotomist

Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist to support our client’s medical facility based in Marysville, Washington. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Responsibilities:

• Perform Phlebotomy: Conduct precise venipunctures and capillary blood draws on diverse patient populations, ensuring patient comfort and specimen integrity.
• Execute Point-of-Care (POC) Testing: Utilize advanced equipment to deliver timely and accurate diagnostic results at the bedside or clinical setting.
• Manage Specimen Processing: Handle, label, and prepare samples for laboratory analysis, maintaining strict adherence to protocols and quality standards.
• Perform EKGs: Conduct electrocardiogram tests, accurately placing leads and monitoring results to assist in the diagnosis of cardiac conditions.
• Coordinate Manifesting: Organize and manage the documentation and transport of medical specimens, ensuring compliance with logistical and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• High School graduate, GED or equivalent
• Current Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist license in Washington State
• Over 1 years of experience

Additional Information:

• Location: Marysville, Washington
• Job Type: contract to hire.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday – 08:00 am to 05:00 pm
• Pay Range: $ 17.00 to 23.00/hour.

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
