Job Title: Physical Therapist
Location: Pittsfield, MA
Job Type: Contract to hire
Schedule: 5*8 = 40 hrs (08:00 - 16:30)
Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour (Approx. $2,600 Weekly)
Requirements:
-2 years of acute nursing care experience
-Certified home health experience, with proficiency in OASIS documentation, is NON-NEGOTIABLE.
-BLS is required.
-MA state license.
